How do I update my shipping address?

Office -

In order to update your order's shipping address: 

1) Log-in to your Festival Purchase Account via Frontgate Tickets.
2) Then, select Your Account located in the top right corner of the screen.
3) Next, select Order History, and find the Order you would like to update, and select View Order Detail.
4) At the bottom of the Order Details Page, select Edit next to Shipping Address. 
5) Update your shipping address, and then select Save.   You will receive green text confirming your address update, as well as an email confirmation.

If you did NOT log-in during purchase, please update your shipping address by using the Manage Order feature, which  is located on the menu bar *when you are NOT logged into an account*.  

Please note: Shipping addresses cannot be updated if the Order's shipping label has printed.  If this occurs, you will not be able to edit your shipping address, and a message will appear explaining your order is in the process of shipping.
