How do I cancel my order or get a refund?

Unfortunately, if an event is not cancelled or rescheduled, we cannot offer a refund to you.  All sales are final that are purchased through Front Gate Tickets. This information can be viewed online in the Terms Of Use & Sale that you agreed to when purchasing your Pilgrimage pass.

In the event that the festival is canceled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert.  If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Provider may set refund limitations.
